Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be in their original condition
• Include all original tags and packaging
• Not show signs of wear, washing, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Underwear
• Swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
• Socks
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
